PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Mehmood Khan said that the federal government is deviating from its promise to the people of the merged areas. Funds were never released for the merged territories.
He said that the federal government has not paid a single penny to the province in exchange for net hydel profit share, which is the constitutional right of the province. On which the provincial government will not compromise on the rights of the province and will use all available political, legal and constitutional forums to get the rightful share of the province.
It should be remembered that there is a PDM government in the federation which is trying to create a financial crisis for the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government.
