5-day emergency anti-polio campaign started in 28 districts of the KP including Peshawar

Peshawar: A 5-day emergency anti-polio campaign has started in 28 districts of the province including Peshawar. Children under five years of age will be given drops during the campaign.

16 thousand 789 mobile, 786 transit, 1147 fixed and 65 roaming teams are participating in this campaign which started in 28 districts of the province from today.

Foolproof security arrangements will be ensured for polio teams. Parents must administer polio drops to children up to 5 years of age and fully cooperate with the polio team.
